Well, the acreage is going to take a bit more then just bidding on it, the house on it isn't worth much and I have to try and get a vacant land loan and hope that my credit is good enough to qualify. Just in case, I'm going to look at a new place on Sunday. The 2 places I saw today were nice but not what I'm looking for, I want some land and a small house. I don't have time to take care of a big house and don't want to live in the middle of a mess. I hope everyone is fine and that there isn't too much snow for those of you up north!

The house hunting is going well. I think we've found 10 acres in our price range, yay. It's just taking up all of my free time. I hope everyone is well.
